Sapling Plantation Drive under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan As per the directives of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan is being observed from 1st to 31st August 2025. In line with this national initiative, Himachal Dental College, Sundernagar organized a Sapling Plantation Drive in its premises on 20th August 2025. The event was graced by Mr. Bhupinder Singh Kanwar, Commandant, Home Guards, 6th Battalion, Mandi, who served as the Guest of Honour. He, along with our Director, Dr. Anil Singla, and Principal, Dr. Baljeet Singh, planted saplings as a symbol of our collective commitment to building a drug-free and sustainable future. Faculty members and BDS Final Year students actively participated in the drive, reaffirming the college’s vision of fostering a safe, green, and drug-free campus environment. This initiative stands as a step forward in nurturing a culture of responsibility, awareness, and social well-being.
