Himachal Dental College, Sundernagar participated in a mega collaborative health camp on Friday, 12th December, 2025, conducted in association with the Himalayi Aid Foundation at PM Shri Government Girls Model Senior Secondary School, Sundar Nagar, and provided comprehensive dental awareness and screening services. The camp also included eye examinations and general health check-ups, while the dental team delivered health education on proper brushing and flossing techniques, correct use of mouthwash, diet counselling, and the importance of preventive oral care and early identification of dental problems. A total of 297 students were screened for dental diseases, with approximately 77% diagnosed with dental caries and appropriately referred to Himachal Dental College for further evaluation and necessary treatment. The institution continues to remain committed to collaborative community outreach initiatives, focusing on preventive care, early intervention, and accessible oral health services, and the participating teams sincerely appreciated the thoughtfully arranged lunch provided by the organizers.
