Team HDC successfully provided comprehensive dental health services at Mata Shailputri Mandir, Sainj Village (near Gohar) on Sunday, 10th May 2026, in association with the Sri Satya Sai Seva Organization, as part of its ongoing World No Tobacco Month 2026 celebrations. During the camp, more than 145 patients were screened on-site, while 10 patients received dental treatment in the newly inaugurated, fully equipped and fully functional Dental Van, marking the very first outreach camp conducted through this advanced mobile dental facility. The team also provided health education on proper brushing technique, flossing, use of mouthwash, diet counselling, and individualized tobacco cessation services. The initiative aimed at promoting oral health awareness and accessible dental care in rural areas. The organizers graciously arranged breakfast and lunch for all participating team members and also felicitated them in recognition of their dedicated healthcare services and contribution towards community welfare. Patients requiring urgent and advanced dental care were further referred to Himachal Dental College for necessary treatment and follow-up management.
